Sweet Rice Wine
Brown sugar
Water 500ml
Osmanthus flowers
Cooking Instructions:
Add a pinch of salt into the boiling water, then add mini glutinous rice balls, cook until they float to the surface.
Add water, once boiling again, pour in rice wine. Then add brown sugar for sweetness, stir until fully dissolved.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes before serve.
